2. Products & Services
We offer a range of products as described on our website. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Images are illustrative and may not exactly represent the final product.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Shipping charges apply to all orders unless a free shipping promotion is active and applicable to your order.
We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order placement. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your full payment details on our servers.
All transactions are subject to verification and authorization by your payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment authorization fails or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, add your desired items to the cart and proceed through the checkout process, providing accurate shipping and payment information. A binding contract between you and Cominghu is formed upon our sending of an order confirmation email to the address you provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the European Union or other applicable regions), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by email or through our contact form) before the withdrawal period expires. You must then return the product(s) to us in their original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products made to your specifications;
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed;
- Perishable goods.
6. Complaints & Warranties
We are committed to delivering products of satisfactory quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at support@cominghu.com, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.
Consumers are entitled to statutory rights regarding defective goods under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the nature of the defect and applicable law, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Repair of the defective product;
- Replacement with an equivalent product;
- Partial or full refund of the purchase price.
Warranty claims do not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. Our warranty obligations are in addition to, and do not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or internet outages (force majeure). In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and resume performance as soon as the circumstances allow.

Our products and services are not available to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, jurisdictions subject to international trade sanctions, export controls, or embargoes, including but not limited to countries or regions designated by the United Nations, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or other relevant authorities.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a restricted region. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order that we reasonably believe violates applicable sanctions or export control laws, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities where required.
